ATTENDANCE AT THE PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES' ASSOCIATION SECOND NATIONAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON SEPTEMBER 13-14, 1991 AT THE MANILA HOTEL.

The Philippine Women Judges' Association (PWJA) is sponsoring its 2nd National Convention-Seminar for all women judges from September 13 to 14 (Friday and Saturday), 1991, at the Manila Hotel.

Upon representations of Mme. Justice Ameurfina Melencio-Herrera, President. Mme. Justice Carolina Griño-Aquino, Director, and Mme. Justice Lorna Lombos-De La Fuente, Executive Vice-President, and upon instructions of the Honorable Chief Justice Marcelo B. Fernan, all women judges are urged to attend this convention-seminar. Attendance thereat, including travel to Manila on September 12 (Thursday) and back to their official stations on September 15 (Sunday) is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, which may be chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available.

Likewise, the registration fee of P500.00 and all other expenses incurred in connection with such attendance may be defrayed by the respective local governments.
