SUBJECT : DISBARMENT OF ATTY. MAGDALENO M. PENA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 17 April 2012, in Administrative Case No. 6332, entitled "In Re: Supreme Court Resolution dated 28 April 2003 in G.R. Nos 145817 and 145822", to wit:

"PREMISES CONSIDERED, for violating Canons 8, 10 and 11 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and for failing to give due respect to the Courts and his fellow lawyers, respondent Atty. Magdaleno M. Pena is hereby DISBARRED from the practice of law, effective upon his receipt of this Decision, and his name is ORDERED STRICKEN from the Roll of Attorneys."

In Resolution dated 26 June 2012, the Court further DENIED respondent's Motion for Reconsideration thereof for lack of merit.
