AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES AT THE FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION FOR SELECTED COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES ON PROBLEM AREAS IN HANDLING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will conduct a Focus Group Discussion for Selected Court of Appeals Justices on Problem Areas in Handling Intellectual Property Cases, on November 26, 2013, Tuesday, at the Conference Room, Court of Appeals, Manila.

The following are designated as participants:

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
