ATTENDANCE AT THE EXECUTIVE JUDGES JUDICIAL EDUCATION TRAINING SEMINAR

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct a Judicial Education Training Seminar, to include Distance Education, for selected Executive Judges of Regional Trial Courts to be held on August 7 to 8, 2002, (Wednesday and Thursday), at the PHILJA Conference Room, 3rd Fir., Centennial Bldg, Supreme Court, Padre Faura St., Manila.

The following Executive Judges are the designated participants:

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All usual transportation and per diem authorized under the Fiscal Autonomy Group (FAG) per Joint Resolution No. 16 dated July 3, 1995 and additional expense allowance of Php 500.00 per day to augment the per diem allowed under said FAG Joint Resolution No. 16, or total of Php 1,000.00 per day shall be reimbursed after the seminar.

The Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.

Any communication relating to the seminar shall be addressed to Hon. Ameurfina M. Herrera, Chancellor, Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) 3rd Fir., Centennial Bldg., Supreme Court, Padre Faura Street, Manila.
