SUBJECT :

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON 22 AND 23 SEPTEMBER 2011 AT THE CONVENTION CENTER OF DIPOLOG CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) of Regions IX, X, ARMM, Iligan City and Lanao del Norte will hold a Regional General Assembly (by cluster) on 22 and 23 September 2011 at the Convention Center of Dipolog City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
