TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN REGIONS 9,10,11,12, CARAGA AND ARMM

SUBJECT : 5th MINDANAO IBP CONVENTION ON 20-21 NOVEMBER 2014 AT THE BIG 8 HOTEL, NATIONAL HIGHWAY, TAGUM CITY, DAVAO DEL NORTE

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Davao del Norte-Compostela Valley Chapter will host the 5 th Mindanao IBP Convention on 20-21 November 2014 at the Big 8 Hotel, National Highway, Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Marisue Almario-Llanes, President of the IBP- Davao del Norte-Compostela Valley Chapter, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court personnel who attended the convention) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
