TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN QUEZON CITY AND THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES QUEZON CITY CHAPTER

SUBJECT: SPORTSFEST ON 22-24 MAY 2019 AT THE QUEZON CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

The Philippine Association of Court Employees, Inc. (PACE, Inc.) Quezon City Chapter will hold the "Palakasan, Katuwaan sa QC 2019" (Sportsfest) on 22-24 May 2019 at the Quezon City Hall of Justice.

The players G udges and court personnel) in the sportsfest and the PACE Quezon City Chapter are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearing, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Ms. Rachel B. Quiros-Corpus, PACE Quezon City Chapter President, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated in the activities within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
