ALL INCUMBENT AND NEWLY ELECTED OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

INDUCTION, OATH TAKING, TURN-OVER CEREMONY AND FIRST BOARD MEETING IN PAGAPAT, EAST VALENCIA, BUENAVISTA, GUIMARAS

The incumbent and newly elected Officers and Board of Directors of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold an induction, oath taking, turn-over ceremony and first board meeting on June 9 and 10, 2009 to be held in Pagapat, East Valencia, Buenavista, Guimaras.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Cecilia S. Banez, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the activities.
