TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT: 2 ND REGULAR BOARD MEETING ON AUGUST 17, 2007 AT DAVAO CITY

The Board of Directors of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold their 2 nd Regular Board Meeting on August 17, 2007 at Davao City

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
