ALL MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT: 11TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE SCOPHIL

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines, Inc. (SCOPHIL) will hold its 11th Second National Convention and Seminar from 26 to 28 April 2001 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Governor Alfredo M. Abueg, Sr. Gymnasium at the PNS Compound, Puerto Princesa City. Members of the SCOPHIL who are interested are hereby authorized to attend this National Convention and Seminar on official time or on official business chargeable to local funds if offered and available.

It is understood mat the SCOPHIL shall comply with the provisions of (a) Section 12 of Republic Act No. 8557 establishing the Philippine Judicial Academy; and (b) PHILJA Memorandum Circular No. 1-99 on "Rules and Requirements pertaining to Inclusion of PHILJA Educational Programs in all Conventions/ Conferences of Judges and Court Personnel."

The President of the SCOPHIL shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the National Convention and Seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.
