AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED SUPREME COURT PERSONNEL TO A TRAINING COURSE IN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS2

The Supreme Court recognizes that the advent of new technologies requires that personnel skills be improved to maximize the use and benefit of modern equipment. Knowledge on important computer programs, for instance, will allow users to speed up, systematize and put creative touches in their work.

One helpful computer program that Court personnel could take advantage of, given the proper training, is Adobe Photoshop CS2. This program is used for developing and enhancing multi-media materials as an effective communication and presentation tool. A thorough knowledge of this computer program will help Court personnel adequately perform their Infonnation, Education and Communication (IEC) functions.

In view of the foregoing, a training in Adobe Photoshop CS2 will be conducted by the Philippine Center for Creative Imaging on February 15-17, 2006, from 9am to 5pm, at the Training Room, Supreme Court Centennial Building. The following Supreme Court personnel are authorized to attend the above activity:
