The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in cooperation with the UPCD-CIDA TIER 2 PROJECT, will conduct a one-day seminar on the Trend in Understanding Women and Children for all First Trial Court Judges of Angeles City and Pampanga on February 13, 2004 at KM. 86 Restaurant in Balibago, Angeles City.
