TO: ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND LEGAL RESEARCHERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL REGION

SUBJECT: GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE SEMINAR ON 2 MARCH 2002 AT THE KAMARANAN HALL, PROVINCIAL CAPITOL, TUGUEGARAO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Cagayan Chapter will conduct a General Law Practice Institute Seminar on the E-Commerce Act and the Rules on Electronic Evidence as part of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) on 2 March 2002 at the Kamaranan Hall, Provincial Capitol, Tuguegarao City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
