REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5893 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR TPIE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PILOT PROJECT FOR ANIMAL INDUSTRY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORTES, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR TPIE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PILOT PROJECT FOR ANIMAL INDUSTRY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORTES, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established a pilot project for animal industry in the Municipality of Cortes, Province of Surigao del Sur.

SEC. 2. The Director of the Bureau of Animal Industry shaij issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. The ,sum of twenty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said pilot project for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
