CL-2O22-O63 To: All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions Subject : UnionDigital Bank, Inc. - Establishment and Commencement of Operations The Monetary Board, in its Flesolution No. 925 dated 15 July 2021, approved the application for authority to establish a digital bank to be known as UnionDigital Bank, Inc. (UnionDigital), a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Bank of the Philippines. The Bank was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 25 November 2021. The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate as a digital bank was signed by the Bangko Sentral Governor on l2 July 2022. The Bank started its operations on 18 July 2022.
