SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. JOSELITO TROY SUELLO
For your information and guidance; quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Second Division dated 18 March 2015 in Administrative Case No. 10695, entitled "Crescenciano M. Pitogo vs. Atty. Joselito Troy Suello," to wit:
WHEREFORE, we find respondent Atty. Joselito Troy Suello GUILTY of violating Canon 1 and Rule 1.01 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and the 2004 Rules on Notarial Practice. Accordingly, he is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for three (3) months and is STERNLY WARNED that any similar violation will be dealt with more severely. His notarial commission is immediately revoked if presently commissioned. He is DISQUALIFIED from being commissioned as notary public for one (1) year.
In a Resolution dated 24 August 2015, the Court DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration thereof. Respondent received on 16 October 2015 the Resolution dated 24 August 2015.
