TO : ALL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, TNC. (PHTLACT, INC.) REGIONS 9,10,11,12 AND 13

SUBJECT : 1st CLUSTER REGIONAL ASSEMBLIES ON T9 AND 20 AUGUST 2015 IN DAVAO CTTY

The members of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI, Inc.) Regions 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 will hold the 1 st Cluster Regional Assemblies on 19 and 20 August 2015 in Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the cluster regional assemblies on 19 and 20 August 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Marie Fe V. Cachola, National President of PHILACI, Inc., shall submit a report on the activity with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
