SUBJECT:

2 nd REGIONAL ASSEMBLY ON JUNE 27-28, 2003 AT TACLOBAN CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc., in Region 8 will hold its 2nd Regional Assembly on June 27-28, 2003 at Tacloban City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of assembly.
