SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. PERLA D. RAMIREZ

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 30 July 2014 in Administrative Case No. 10372, entitled "Aurora R. Ladim, Angelito A. Ardiente, and Danilo S. de la Cruz v. Atty. Perla D. Ramirez," to wit:

WHEREFORE, Atty. Perla D. Ramirez, having been found in violation of Canon 7.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for six (6) months, with a stern warning that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely.

Respondent did not file a motion for reconsideration despite receipt on 29 May 2014 of the abovementioned Resolution.
