DISBARMENT OF ATTY. WARFREDO TOMAS ALEJANDRO

For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Court En Banc dated 13 February 2004 , in Administrative Case No. 4256 entitled, "Jovita Bustamante-Alejandro vs. Attys. Warfredo Tomas Alejandro and Mahcris A. Villarin " which disbarred respondent Atty. Warfredo Tomas Alejandro from the practice of law, effective upon receipt of decision.

In the resolution dated 6 June 2006 , the Court En Banc considered as served on respondent the aforesaid decision and resolution dated 18 January 2005 which was returned unserved with the notation on the envelopes "not deliverable as addressed unable to forward" and "addressee moved".
