ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION 10
SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE AT THE FORUM ON INTER COUNTRY ADOPTION TO BE HELD ON MAY 29, 1996, AT THE GRAND CAPRI HOTEL, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
The INTERCOUNTRY ADOPTION BOARD and the DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL VYELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT FIELD OFFICE NO. X, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY , will hold a FORUM ON INTERCOUNTRY ADOPTION to be held on May 29, 1996, at" the Grand Capril Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.
The judges concerned are hereby authorized to attend the forum on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance, of any cancelled hearing.
A report on the. attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the forum.
