REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4243 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE BRANCH OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated annually from the National Treasury as the contribution of the National Government towards the maintenance and operation of the branch of the University of the Philippines in the City of Baguio.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
