ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

T O : COURT OF APPEALS, SANDIGANBAYAN, COURT OF TAX APPEALS, REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, METROPOLITAN CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS.

SUBJECT : CREATION OF THE JUDICIARY PLANNING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OFFICE (JPDIO)

You are hereby advised that the Judiciary Planning Development and Implementation Office (JPDIO) has been created which is mainly charged with the formulation of plans, projects and programs for submission to, consideration and approval of, the Court to improve the administration of justice. To attain the fundamental objectives, a group of experts has been organized and appointed by the Chief Justice called the Judicial Planning and Implementing Panel composed of the following:
