AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION LX IN THE 5th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level trial courts of Region EX are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 29 June to 01 July 2005 at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Governor Camins Avenue, Zamboanga City.

Judges shall attend the sessions from 29 June to 01 July 2005; Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar, the sessions from 29 to 30 June 2005; and Clerks of Courts who are not members of the Bar, the sessions of 29 June 2005 only.

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
