AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES OF REGION ONE AND TWO ON "INCREASING JUDICIAL EFFICIENCY: SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR JUDGES ON THE EFFECTIVE USE OF THE BENCHBOOK TRIAL COURTS (REVISED AND EXPANDED)"

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 06-2013, addendum Administrative Circular No. 06-A-2013, Hon. Gonzalo P. Marata, RTC Branch 48, Urdaneta City Pangasinan and Hon. Mayflor L. Heo, 11th MCTC Villasis-Sto. Tomas, Pangasinan, were hereby authorized to attend the "Increasing Judicial Efficiency: Seminar-Workshop for Judges on the Effective Use of the Benchbook for Philippine Trial Courts (Revised and Expanded) for Region 1 and 2 (Batch 2)," which was held February 12, 2013, at the Fort Ilocandia Hotel, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
