AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES FROM METRO MANILA, BAGUIO CITY, LA UNION, PAMPANGA, AND MISAMIS ORIENTAL AT THE WORKSHOP ON MEDIATION CURRICULUM DESIGN FOR ORIENTATION AND TRAINING OF JUDGES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Institute of Social Studies and Action (ISSA), and with the assistance of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Asia Foundation (TAF), will conduct a Workshop on Mediation Curriculum Design for Orientation and Training of Judges, on March 21-22, 2006, at the Pearl Manila Hotel, General Luna St. corner Taft and United Nations Avenues, Ermita, Manila.

The attendance of the participants in this workshop shall be

MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
