TO: THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MetCJAP)

SUBJECT : 20th NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 19 TO 21 SEPTEMBER 2018 AT THE BLUE LEAF FILIPINAS, ASEANA DRIVE, PARANAQUE CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MetCJAP) will hold its 20 th National Convention with the theme "METCJAP @ 20: Empowering and Linking Judges in the Global Community" at the Blue Leaf Filipinas, Aseana Drive, Paranaque City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Sheryll Dolendo Tulabing, Secretary General of the MetCJAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
