CL-2022-___ 062 To : ALL BSP-SUPERVISED FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Subject : UNObank, Inc. – Establishment and Commencement of Operations The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 694 dated 3 June 2021, approved the application for authority to establish a digital bank to be known as UNObank, Inc. (UNObank). The Bank was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 27 October 2021. The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate as a digital bank was signed by the Bangko Sentral Governor on 7 June 2022. UNObank started its operations on 5 July 2022.
