TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

15 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON APRIL 22-24, 2009 IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The officers and members of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its 15 th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on April 22-24, 2009 in Cagayan de Oro City.

AH concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Winston T. Eguia, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the Convention.
