SUBJECT: AMENDED S.C. FORM NO. 01 (MONTHLY REPORT OF CASES)

To provide the Court with additional data on cases related to violations of the Dangerous Drugs Law as well as to monitor, among others, the status of cases submitted for decision, S.C. Form No. 01 (Monthly Report of Gases) is "hereby amended to include additional columns for said cases.

In the amended monthly .report of cases, you instructed to list down all cases submitted decision that are still are for undecided at the end of the whether they are current month and i ndi cate inherited cases.

The attached Monthly Report of Cases Form is hereby adopted for implementation beginning the reporting period of July, 1991.

The Monthly Report of Cases shall be submitted within five (5) days of each succeeding month, addressed to:
