TO : ALL REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION
SUBJECT : ONE-DAY ECUMENICAL RECOLLECTION ON OCTOBER 3, 2013 AT TAGUIG CITY
The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will sponsor a one-day Ecumenical Recollection on October 3, 2013 at the Convention Hall, SM Aura, The Fort, Taguig City.
All Regional Trial Court Judges in the National Capital Judicial Region are hereby authorized to attend the activity on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
Judge Danilo S. Cruz, Chaiiperson of the Committee on Ecumenical Recollection of the PJA, shall submit a report regarding the activity with complete list of Judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
