TO : ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL AND BACOLOD CITY

SUBJECT : COLLOQUIUM ON THE PHILIPPINE CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM ON 26 OCTOBER 2001 IN BACOLOD CITY

In celebration of the National Correctional Consciousness Week, the Parole and Probation Administration Region VI will hold a colloquium on the Philippine Correctional System on 26 October 2001 at Bacolod City.

The concerned judges are hereby authorized to attend the said colloquium on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
