OFFICERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT:

10TH NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 20 TO 22, 2010 AT THE MANILA PAVILION HOTEL

The officers and members of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold their 10th National Convention/Seminar on October 20 to 22, 2010 at the Manila Pavilion Hotel.

In connection therewith, the officers, chairpersons and members of different committees are hereby authorized to be at the Manila Pavilion Hotel from October 18 to 19, 2010 in preparation for the forthcoming convention.

All concerned are authorized to attend the preparatory meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Mona Lisa A. Buencamino, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
