NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS MEETING ON NOVEMBER 28 TO 29, 2008

The 1 st National Board of Officers Meeting of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) has been moved from October 17 to 18, 2008 to November 28 and 29, 2008 in Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said board meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar. The meeting on November 28, 2008 shall be held at the OCA Conference Room. The venue of the November 29, 2008 meeting being a Saturday will be at the discretion of the COSTRAPHIL. Ms. Dena Corazon P. Aimazar, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting. This Circular amends OCA Circular 98-2008 dated October 8, 2008.
