AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCHXLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS OF REGIONS I & II AT THE ELECTION LAW SEMINAR

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct a one-day Election Law Seminar to prepare our Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Regional Trial Courts of Regions I & II for the forthcoming national and local elections, at the Skyrise Hotel Apartelle & Restaurant, 18 Dominican Road, Baguio City on April 30, 2007.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.' All travel expenses of participants from Regions I and II shall be reimbursable upon submission of properly; documented receipts.

Any communication relating to the seminar shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Ameurfina M. Herrera, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3 rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Padre Faura Street, Manila.
