AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF REGION VIII IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 5)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Regional Trial Court and First Level Trial Court Judges of Region VIII are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 5) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 24 to 26 October 2007 at the Leyte Park Hotel, Tacloban City.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

Any communication relating to the seminar shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Ameurfina A. Melencio Herrera, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Padre Faura Street corner Taft Avenue, Manila.
