TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries with Quasi-Banking Functions
In line with Monetary Board Resolution No. 686 dated 15 May 2003, the Governor issued a Permit to Operate to the PHILIPPINE DEPOSITORY & TRUST CORP. on 22 October 2004 as a non-bank financial institution with authority to perform quasi-banking functions, trust and other fiduciary business and investment management activities, securities custodianship and securities registry operations.
It started operations on 25 October 2004.
