SUBJECT :

QUARTERLY MEETING ON 15 TO 16 MARCH 2012 AT THE PARAS HOTEL, CAMIGUIN

The officers and the members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold a quarterly meeting on 15 to 16 March 2012 at the Paras Hotel, Camiguin.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary-General of the Association, is hereby directed to submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
