ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

5 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR

The 5 th National Convention and Seminar of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) has been postponed t May 5-7, 2008 at the Quezon Convention Center, Lucena City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Almazar, President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.

This amends OCA Circular No. 122-2007 dated 17 December 2007.
