TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES, ANTIPOLO CITY
SUBJECT: SPORTSFEST ON 21-25 JANUARY 2019 AT THE YNARES SPORTS CENTER, ANTIPOLO CITY AND THE BINANGONAN RECREATIONAL CENTER, BINANGONAN, RIZAL
The Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC), Antipolo City, will hold a Sportsfest on 21 to 25 January 2019, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Ynares Sports Center, Antipolo City and the Binangonan Recreational Center, Binangonan, Rizal.
The participants in the sportsfest are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in every branch/office to attend to official business or transactions.
Hon. Barry Boy A. Salvador, Executive Judge, MTCC, Antipolo City, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all judges and court personnel who participated within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
