AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE TENTH AND TWELFTH JUDICIAL REGION (LANAO DEL SUR AND NORTE) AT THE TRAINING SEMINAR ON THE 2016 REVISED RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judiciasl Academy (PHILJA) will be conducting the Training Seminar on the 2016 Revised Rules of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Court Judges and the Clerks of Court of the Tenth and Twelfth Judicial Regions (Lanao del Sur and Norte) on June 17, 2016 (Friday), 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in Cagayan de Oro City.

All First Level Court Judges and Clerks of Court of the Tenth and Twelfth Judicial Regions (Lanao del Sur and Norte) are required to attend this Training Seminar.

Attendance in this Training-Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS .

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.

Any communication relating to this seminar-workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), 3rd Floor, Centennial Bldg., Supreme Court, Padre Faura St. corner Taft Avenue, Manila.
