SUBJECT:

INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES (IBP) 13th NATIONAL CONVENTION OF LAWYERS

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) will hold its 13th National Convention of Lawyers on April 7 to 9, 2011 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties-are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Atty. Rosario T. Setias-Reyes, Convention Director of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) shall submit a complete report to the Court Management Office, OCA of those Judges, Clerks of Court and Lawyers of the first and second level courts who shall attend the convention within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
