SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. RODOLFO M. CORNEJO.

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated 22 June 2009, in Administrative Case No. 6032, entitled, "Fredesvinda Alayu vs. Atty. Rodolfo M. Cornejo," to wit:

"Accordingly, respondent is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of three (3) months with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar wrongdoing will be dealt with more severely. Respondent is likewise ordered to return to complainant the amount of £5,000.00 for his handling fee, within ten (10) days from notice hereof." February 25, 2010.
