DISBARMENT OF ATTY. LUNA B. AVANCE

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 22 February 2011, in Administrative Case No. 5834, entitled "Teresita D. Santeco vs. Atty. Luna B. Avance", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent ATTY. LUNA B. AVANCE is hereby DISBARRED for gross misconduct and willful disobedience of lawful orders of a superior court. Her name is ORDERED STRICKEN OFF from the Roll of Attorneys."

The said Decision was personally served on the respondent on 31 March 2011 and 5 April 2011. To date, no motion for reconsideration was filed by either party.
