TO : ALL NEWLY ELECTED NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL)

SUBJECT :

OATH TAKING CEREMONY AND FIRST REGULAR MEETING ON 08 AND 09 JULY 2011 IN MANILA

The newly elected National Board of Officers of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) will hold their oath taking ceremony before the Honorable Chief Justice Renato C. Corona at the Dignitaries Lounge, Supreme Court, Manila, and first regular meeting on 08 July 2011 at the OCA Conference Hall, Supreme Court, Manila. And another meeting will be conducted on 09 July 2011 at the PACE Office in Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Enrilynn G. Valenzuela, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said activities.
