TO: OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON JULY 29, 2005 AT 11:00 IN THE MORNING AT THE FORT ILOCANDIA, LAOAG, ILOCOS NORTE

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its regular monthly meeting on July 29, 2005 at 11:00 o'clock in the morning at the Fort Ilocandia , Laoag, Ilocos Norte.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Romeo F. Barza, President of the Association shall submit a report on the attendance within ten (10) days after the said meeting.
