SUBJECT:

BI-ANNUAL MEETING ON FEBRUARY 1 TO 3, 2006 AT PUERTO AZUL GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB IN TERNATE , CAVITE

The Executive Board and the Board of Regional Representatives of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. will hold its Bi-Annual Meeting on February 1 to 3, 2006 at Puerto Azul Golf and Country Club in Ternate, Cavite .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Gilbert B. Serrano, President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
