SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR. TWO (2) MONTHS OF ATTY. WILFREDO G. OCA

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted h is the dispositive position of the Decision of the Second Division on the Supreme Court dated September 3, 2003 in Adm. Case No. 3967, to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Wilfred Oca is ordered SUSPENDED from the practice of law for two (2) months from notice, with the warning that a similar misconduct will be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of this decision be attached to respondent's personal record in the Office of the Bar Confidant and copies be furnished to all chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and to all the courts in the land.
