TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

SUBJECT: 24 th ANNUAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR AND BIENNIAL ELECTION ON 11 TO 13 OCTOBER 2017 AT THE ORIENTAL HOTEL, PALO, LEYTE

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) will hold its 24 th Annual Convention/Seminar and Biennial Election on 11 to 13 October 2017 at The Oriental Hotel, Palo, Leyte.

All concerned are ,hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar and election, on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Marlon Jay G. Moneva, Secretary-General of the PTJLI, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all the judges who attended within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
