AMENDMENT TO OCA CIRCULAR NO. 28-2004 DATED 18 FEBRUARY 2004 RE: RECIPIENTS OF "DANGAL NG BAYAN" OR "LINGKOD NG BAY AN" AWARDS, PURSUANT TO A.M. NO. 04- 1-03-SC DATED 13 JANUARY 2004

The Supreme Court En Bane in its Resolution dated 13 July 2004 in A.M. No. 04-1-02-SC, Re: Request of Judge Placido C. Marquez for Salary Increase and Inclusion in the List of Applicants to Court of Appeals, Resolved to AMEND No. 1 of paragraph (b) of the dispositive portion of the resolution of 13 January 2004 in A.M. No. 04-1-03-SC Re: Request for Salary Adjustment and Query on Automatic Inclusion as Applicant to Court of Appeals of Judge Clifton U. Ganay, to read as follows:

"...(1) Court Administrator to inform the Members of the Judiciary under his supervision through a circular that anyone of them who is a recipient of the Dangal ng Bayan Award shall be automatically included in the list of applicants to the next higherjudiciaiposition; and (2)..."
